Sean Schantzen is Nautilus’ cofounder and Executive Director. He is also the President and co-founder of the Health Rosetta Group. Sean is Health Rosetta’s Head of Product and leads the Platform Team that develops technology, analytics, and support services that enable adoption of plans built on the Health Rosetta framework. Nautilus grew out of this work when Sean saw the need for broad, openly accessible standards and resources to help any organization build or participate in a high performance health plan.

Sean was an early employee at a successfully exited enterprise SaaS startup, where he led product and ran sales for the Eastern U.S. Sean is also a securities attorney, having worked at a large firm on complex securities investigations, litigation, and transactions.

Sean received his B.A. from BYU and his J.D. from the University of Minnesota where he graduated magna cum laude and was a managing editor of the Minnesota Journal of Law, Science, and Technology. He also has a certificate in International & European Law from the Université Jean Moulin in Lyon, France.
