Connie Perry currently leads Ethica Pharmacy Advisors’ pharmacy consulting team, using her clinical background as a PharmD along with decades of experience in the PBM space to create a comprehensive pharmacy solutions stack for employers while pairing it with transparency and independence.

Her pharmacy benefits management and consulting expertise includes developing and optimizing pharmacy benefit strategies, analyzing and improving pharmacy program and benefit performance and facilitating PBM/PBA contract procurements, and market check negotiations. She has consulted with Fortune 200 organizations, collective buying organizations, health systems and governmental bodies on topics including specialty drug procurement services, re-pricing of specialty claims, negotiation for best-in-class contract terms and more.

After receiving her Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Illinois, College of Pharmacy, Connie completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency in North Carolina. She maintains her license as a pharmacist in Illinois. Connie was also a past associate professor at both the University of Illinois and Midwestern Colleges of Pharmacy.
